Terms of use
Last updated: October 5, 2026
By using the Neve Shamir Community website you agree to these terms. They are short; please read them.
A free community service
The site is run by volunteers, free of charge, to help the community find minyanim, gemachim, mikvaos and other services.
Information may be wrong
Minyan times, opening hours and other details are entered by shuls and listing owners, and zmanim are calculated. They can be wrong or out of date. For anything important, and for any halachic question, check with the shul, the listing or a rav. We are not responsible for mistakes or for what happens because of them.
Adding a listing
When you add or manage a listing you confirm that you may publish its details (including phone numbers and addresses of the people involved), that they are correct, and that you will keep them up to date. The site manager may edit, hide, reject or remove any listing.
Gemachim and services
The site only lists them. Any borrowing, payment or arrangement is between you and the gemach or service; the site is not part of it.
Fair use
Please don't send spam, publish false information, or use the contact details in the directory for advertising or anything other than what they are listed for. We may close accounts that misuse the site.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in My Items.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
